Ex-servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) for Retired Army Personnel.

It has been a privelidge for Dr.Daljit Singh eye hospital to have been affiliated with the ECHS scheme for Ex-Servicemen from the Army since 2005 ( 16 years). 
A referral slip has to be generated from the ECHS polyclinic and then the patient may come to the hospital for treatment
Retd. Army personnel from all over the country can avail of the facilities.

Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS)

We are pleased to inform that Dr.Daljit Singh Eye Hospital is empanelled with CGHS ( Central Government Health Scheme).

All Central Government Employees are eligible to avail cashless treatment for their eyes at the hospital.

Ayushman Bharat Sarv Sehat Bima Yojna ( PM-JAY / AB-SSSBY) / Also known as GOLDEN CARD.

Ayushman Bharat card (Golden Card) is accepted in Dr.Daljit Singh Eye Hospital. We can treat the patients under this scheme as per the list of treatments provided by the government. Other treatments types are reserved by the government and allowed to be carried out only in government hospitals and civil hospitals only under this scheme. 

Though Ayushman Bharat Yojna is applicable on an All India basis , still patients travelling from other states to Punjab for gettting their treatment done need to find out from their respective health authorities in their own state about the coverage of their health benefits in the state of punjab because there may be some differences in interpretation and implementation of the scheme from state to state.

When the doctor finalizes the operation , then the hospital forwards a permission request to the insurance company. This process may take 24-72 hours. Treatment can be performed only after the insurance company approves the treatment and the amount.
